Here at Chuckanut Bay Distillery, we love gin. In fact, getting an opportunity to create a truly epic gin that we would love to drink was a big part of why we started a distillery in the first place.
We formulated Chuckanut Gin such that the botanicals complement one another to create a refreshing, yet exotic/mystical, experience against the backdrop of a clean, dry wheat spirit base - one that adds delicious complexity to cocktails (gin and tonic, French 75, etc.) and simply delights in martinis.
Select botanicals, such as juniper, cassia, and orris root provide the gin’s signature bouquet. The result is what we refer to as “Bellingham Dry Style” gin – elegant, adventurous, and refined. Subdued excitement, indeed!

Chuckanut Bay Distillery received a gold medal at the New York International Spirits Competition, a silver medal at the Bartender Spirit Awards, a 90-point score from Wine Enthusiast, was named as one of the 50 Best Gins in the World, and took the gold medal at the Seattle International Spirits Awards.
