local syrah.
It begins with our bourbon, handmade in small batches from local grain, mashed and fermented in wooden fermenters, distilled in our pot still and aged in 53-gallon charred American white oak.
Then we racked it into a just-emptied syrah barrel from Dynasty Cellars for eight more months. The wine’s tannins and dark fruit add a bold, savory depth and a velvety texture.
