From scratch
The hard way,
on purpose.
Making a high-quality bourbon from scratch is a challenge, which is why most craft distilleries don’t attempt it. Many outsource the grind, mash and fermentation, or buy aged bourbon from an out-of-state supplier and bottle it under their own label.
We do it from the ground up. We grind unmalted local grains here, ferment in open-air wooden washbacks, distill on site, then fill the highest-quality toasted and charred American white oak barrels. And then we wait.
