It starts as our Muzzleflash: a mash of equal parts corn, rye and wheat, double distilled and then distilled a third time in the Irish tradition, before two years in barrels that once held our bourbon.
A year in a Bellewood Farms apple brandy cask added a subtle sweetness and fruit. The honey notes deepened, with hints of an orchard on a summer day. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
