A lightly sweetened grain-to-glass whiskey infused with select botanicals. 

In the early 1900's, Cornwall Avenue, the street where Chuckanut Bay Distillery is located, was known as Dock Street. The Dock Line Trolley ran along this important thoroughfare, connecting downtown Bellingham with the bustling waterfront which welcomed ships from around the world. 

Aptly named Dock Line, this innovative spirit was inspired by Bellingham's maritime spice trade of yesteryear. We start with a grain-to-glass whiskey made entirely from locally grown wheat, Then we add hibiscus, lemon verbena, and rose hips, among other select botanicals. After the botanical infusion, we lightly sweeten the whiskey to bring out the floral notes. The final result is a delicious whiskey that's quite unlike any you've had before. 

Tasting Notes: The nose is fragrant with hints of spring flowers, citrus, and sandalwood. The palate is soft and warming with notes of honey, clove, and dandelions.
