Join us for a fun, interactive hour-long experience focusing on the classiest of all cocktails - the gin martini. 

We'll explore its colorful history, cultural relevance, and evolution over the years. You'll see firsthand how we make our award-winning gin in our custom gin still and the role that key botanicals play in its classic flavor profile. We'll introduce the many ways you can make a martini - dry, dirty, up, shaken, stirred, with a twist and many more. And we'll show you our favorite method for making our house martini - The Chuckanut.

Every participant will be provided with the supplies needed to make their own gin martini in their preferred style at the conclusion of the class.
