Vodka & Raspberry Shrub Sour
- 2 oz Chuckanut Bay Distillery Wheat Vodka
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Honey Syrup
- ¼ oz Shrub Farm Raspberry & Citrus Shrub (available at the distillery in our online store)
- A small handful (approx 5) of raspberries
Pour liquid ingredients into a shaker tin. Add the handful of raspberries. Add a small scoop of ice. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. Strain and serve up in a small coupe glass.
