Moulin Rouge

1 oz. Chuckanut Bay Distillery slow crafted Gin

1/2 oz. Honey simple syrup

1/2 oz. Lemon juice

1/4 oz. Amaro Rosina


In a cocktail shaker add ingredients and ice. Shake till chilled. Strain into a wine glass, top with roughly 2 oz. of Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon peel.
