Collins glass w/ fresh ice and cucumber slices as garnish- In Mix Tin, muddle 3 slices of cucumbers, THEN add the ingredients below, shake, & strain into collins glass filled with ice:
- 1oz Simple
- 1oz Absinthe
- 1oz Lime Juice
- Top with Sparkling Water
- Garnish w/ cucumber slices
