2 oz. Chuckanut Bay Distillery Slow Crafted Bourbon
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Red Wine
Add Bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Float the wine on top.
