Chuckanut Bay Distillery Gin Mojito
Very lightly press the mint and add to shaker tin. Add liquid ingredients and a scoop of ice to the shaker tin. Give a quick shake to mix ingredients. Strain and serve over new ice or dirty dump into a rocks glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with more mint.
