The Blushing Apple
1 1/2 oz. Chuckanut Bay Distillery's Dock Line Botanical Liqueur
1/2 oz. Highside Distilling's Amaro Rosina; distilled with Washington apples on Bainbridge Island
1/4 oz. Hibiscus Orange Shrub by Shrub Apple Farms
Add all ingredients to a shaker, with a scoop of ice. Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds, then strain into your favorite Martini or coupe glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon and enjoy!
