1 1/2 oz. Chuckanut Bay Distillery Slow Crafted Wheat Vodka
10 Blueberries
3-4 Mint Sprigs
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
In a cocktail shaker muddle blueberries and mint. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake well till chilled. Double strain into rocks glass. Top with sparking water and garnish with mint.
