1/2 Oz. 100% Pear juice
1/2 Oz. Honey Simple Syrup
2 slices fresh ginger 1/4''
In a cocktail shaker muddle the ginger. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake till chilled.
Double strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Top with ginger beer.
