2 oz. Chuckanut Bay Distillery Slow Crafted Wheat Vodka
3 Mint sprigs
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
3/4 oz. Lime juice
In a Collins glass muddle the mint sprigs. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Top with sparkling water and stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel.
