2 oz. Chuckanut Bay potato Vodka
1/2 oz. Lime juice (fresh is best!)
4 oz. Ginger beer
In copper mug or Collins glass, fill with ice.
Pour Vodka and lime juice, top with Ginger beer and mix.
Garnish with Lime wedge.
