2 oz. Chuckanut Bay Distillery Slow Crafted Gin
1/2 oz. 100% Pomegranate juice
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1/4 oz. Simple syrup
2 oz. Prosecco
In a cocktail shaker add ingredients except Prosecco. Shake with ice till chilled. Strain into a wine glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with Rosemary.
