2 oz. Chuckanut Bay Distillery Slow-Crafted Bourbon or Rye
1/4 oz. Simple syrup
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
In a mixing glass add all ingredients and ice, stir till well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with and orange peel expressed over the top.
