2 oz. Chuckanut Bay Distillery Slow-Crafted Gin
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime juice
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients and ice. shake till chilled, roughly 12 seconds. Strain into a coup glass. Garnish with Lime wheel.
