2 oz. Chuckanut Bay Dock Line Botanical Whiskey
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice, shake until well-mixed and chilled.
Pour into cocktail glass over large rock.
No garnish needed!
